The circle was established on 1st June 2009 in BT Kawade Road , Pune by the Pashtoon bachelors in Pune University , it was the first sitting where the main principles of the circle produced as follow:
1) Name of the circle is “Zwan Adabi Baheer, Pune” which means The Young Literary Circle in Pune.
2) The circle belongs to Pashtoon bachelors in India .
3) The circle refers not to any politics, but it refers only to Pashto literature.
4) The only objective of the circle is the progress and growth of Pashto language.
5) The main function of the circle is to foster Pashto literature among the young generation and attempts to kindle the candles of poems in their hearts.
6) The circle extremely attempts to bring in existence an environment of brotherhood and sympathy among the bachelors.
7) The circle attempts to publish a brochure or magazine soon, which will have non political subjects in both Pashto and English.
8) The circle respects all nations, races and languages and does not act against any nation, race, language or religion.
9) The circle has to have one session in two weeks.
10) Poem and prose both are to be discussed in the session.
11) The leadership of the circle elected for six months by all the members as follow:
a) The chairman of the circle is Mohammad Abrahim Mamoond.
b) The deputy chairman of the circle is Bashir Ahmad Kamran. Deputy Chairman also performs functions of the secretary.
c) The financial accountable of the circle is Shafiqullah Khaksar.
The above principles were produced in the first sitting by all the members and are acceptable to them.
